Refund policy

We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at The Fragrance Studio.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at the address listed on our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened, used, or damaged (not due to our error) fragrances cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
